Body-Breath Meditation

Choose Inspiration
Make a choice. Choose that which inspires you. It's easy to go with what is in front of us or what we feel
we should do. The next time you consider doing something, ask yourself some questions. Why am I doing this? Because it is in front of me?
Because I feel like I should? Because it inspires me? Or perhaps some other reason? If the answer is not because you are inspired,
ask yourself what you would really enjoy doing the most at that particular moment and then do it.
Choose to live intentionally and fully!
